Established Maryland PC support company needs experienced, self motivated, PC support persons with working knowledge in all areas of system support.
We are looking for special people with complete system support knowledge and ability.
Support including hardware, software, all versions of Windows to 10, including Servers, Exchange, MS Office, . Apple computers, tablets, etc.
Networking: Wired and wireless, including troubleshooting and installation.
File services including data transfer and backup
System security including firewall, antivirus and spyware removal and prevention.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with end users and business managers in a variety of settings.
Knowledge and experience with small business technology integration.
Will provide services on sites in the Baltimore Metro area and surrounding counties.
Must be Bondable with valid Maryland drivers license with good driving record.
Certifications Preferred. Generous Pay, Vacation, Sick Leave.
2 years hands on field experience minimum required.
