Hiring Estimator/Salesperson for a Residential and Commercial Construction Company

Monday – Friday availability needed is 9 AM- 6 PM, and Saturday availability would be encouraged as well. Duties and Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Building and Maintaining Relationships: Establish strong, long-term relationships with potential and current clients. Understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their construction project requirements.
Client Meetings: Conduct meetings with clients to discuss their projects, present proposals, and close sales. Regularly follow up to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Increase Sales
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Implement strategies to boost sales and enhance revenue.
Proposal Development: Create detailed and persuasive proposals tailored to clients' needs, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points of the company's offerings.
Sales Strategy Development
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals and market conditions.
Product Knowledge
In-depth Product Understanding: Gain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services. Be able to explain technical details and benefits to clients effectively.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Team Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing, project management, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client projects.
Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from clients and market insights to internal teams to improve product development and service delivery.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets. Regularly report on sales performance and market trends to management.
Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation, such as contracts, proposals, and client agreements, are completed accurately and on time.
