What we are looking for:

-Valid health and life insurance license (a plus but not required—we encourage non-licensed candidates to apply!)

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.

-Excellent problem-solving abilities.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Prior experience in insurance sales is a plus but not required.

-Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards.

-Network and market yourself to expand your client base and create lasting connections.

-Be comfortable making phone calls and conducting face-to-face meetings with clients if needed.
