Responsibilities include cold visits, calls, emails, LinkedIn posts, and other outreach methods. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for converting a portfolio of 250 cold leads into active accounts. Your performance will be evaluated based on your daily activity volume and effectiveness. You will report to Sales Management and collaborate with a Senior Sales Counterpart who will join you in meetings and sales calls once opportunities are secured.
