About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll visit pre-approved commercial addresses to offer cutting-edge connectivity solutions, including fiber-optic high-speed internet, wireless phone services, and fixed wireless internet.
You’ll serve as the face of our company to local businesses, helping them stay connected with reliable and affordable solutions tailored to their needs. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a self-starter mentality, and a passion for technology and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face sales visits to pre-approved business addresses
- Present and sell fiber internet, wireless phone plans, and fixed wireless internet services
- Identify qualifying businesses and tailor solutions to meet their specific connectivity needs
- Maintain a professional, consultative, and customer-focused approach
- Accurately complete order forms and required documentation
- Report on daily activity, sales, and customer feedback
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or telecommunications
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
- Comfortable working in the field and engaging with business owners
- Ability to learn and explain technical products clearly and effectively
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
Compensation:
- Hourly base pay OR commission-based earnings — you’ll receive the higher of the two each pay period
