- Qualifications:
- 4-5 years experience supporting Aceyus reporting and configuration Knowledge of Avaya Aura call center solutions including CC-Elite, CMS, and AACC Excellent communication skills Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and Collaboration tools
- Prior experience in application design of Enterprise Verint WFO/WFM
- Prior experience working with government agencies
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP configurations in a large agency network
- Work with OCS on application design elements
- Work with Verint ACs in implementing changes
