Large Property Management Company looking for a Field Inspector to perform various inspections on rental properties in the Baltimore Metro area.
Job Description
Perform move in/move out inspections.
Perform vacant property inspections.
Perform occupied property inspections.
Meet Inspectors at properties.
Inspect work status on jobs in progress
Submit pictures and inspection reports to office.
Submit detailed material lists to office.
Requirements
Valid drivers license
5+ years construction and or property management experience
Computer literate with the ability to send emails, use basic computer programs/software
Ability to use a Smartphone, take pictures, text, and use Apps.
