Our well-established property management company in Brooklyn, Maryland is seeking a Maintenance Technician Supervisor to join our team. If you have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, drywall, along with excellent organizational and leadership skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 6 maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure efficient and timely completion
- Conduct regular inspections to identify repair and maintenance needs
- Perform electrical, plumbing, and drywall repairs as necessary
- Oversee inventory management and ensure proper maintenance records are maintained
- Collaborate with property managers to address maintenance concerns, service calls and resolve issues promptly
- Uphold safety standards and regulations throughout all maintenance activities
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Proven experience and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and drywall repairs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve independently
