Our client, a successful commercial real estate firm, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Client Services Coordinator for their office in Washington, DC!About You:2+ years of strong administrative support experience.Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).Strong detail orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The Job:Support and coordinate meetings for brokers and client lease agreements.Help with broker commissions.Assist with RFPs for prospective clients.Update graphics for client meetings, presentations, and layouts for buildings.Track broker commission and create pitch decks and client presentations.This a temporary-to-hire opportunity that will start between $23/hr-$25/hr and convert to a salary of $52K-55K.
