Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
Responsibilities:
Follow production formulas
Compound flavors, make blends and emulsions
Perform analytical testing
Calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
Prepare samples of raw materials, intermediates and finished products to be sent for testing and customers
Perform raw material testing
Keep accurate production records
Entering and maintaining MSDS and Specs
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma
AA or BS Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, etc.
Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
