We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-driven Machinist to operate and maintain advanced fabrication machinery. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who values quality, consistency, and technical precision. Key Responsibilities:

Interpret technical drawings, specification charts, and samples to understand job requirements

Plan fabrication processes and prepare materials with accuracy

Measure and mark raw materials using precision tools

Set up and operate a range of equipment, including:

-CNC punches

-CNC lasers

-Press brakes

-Saws

-Deburring machines

-Mills, lathes, and rollers

Monitor operations, adjust machine settings, and troubleshoot on the fly

Inspect completed parts for quality, precision, and structural integrity

Record approved and defective units accurately

Finish and refine parts by deburring, grinding, or polishing as needed

Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized at all times

Qualification:

Experienced with manual, semi-automated, or CNC machines

Technically skilled, with strong mechanical aptitude

Knowledgeable about metal properties and fabrication techniques

Focused, accurate, and quality-driven under tight deadlines

Physically capable of lifting items up to 50 lbs

Comfortable using computers and fabrication software

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) experience

Forklift operation or certification
