Company Description

Warnken, LLC is a Maryland law firm based in Pikesville, MD, focusing on representing injured people, including victims of negligence.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Trial Attorney at Warnken, LLC in Pikesville, MD.

The Attorney will be responsible for handling approximately 25 cases in circuit court. There will be a ramp up time to that amount, ie. not 25 cases on day. That said, attorney is expected to have trial experience, at least as a second chair. Must be able to work up a case, take a good deposition, and have a growth mindset.

We care deeply about the results we obtain for our clients. We want to deliver excellent communication along with excellent results. Warnken, LLC has a long history of success on behalf of our clients. We will compromise that for nothing.

We're looking for a winner. An attorney who knows what it means to care about a client and deliver for that client in litigation.

We are looking for a self-starter who knows that there is always a ball to be moved forward in litigation and never takes the ostrich approach. Though we're looking for someone who can manage his or her own book of litigation, we have a collegial atmosphere where you will always have strong lawyers to bounce ideas off of and talk things out.

Personal injury litigation experience is not required. Understanding of litigation process is required. ASA's, PD's, big firm associates, small firm lawyers, or former solos all might make good candidates.
