Maryland, Baltimore, 21240 Baltimore USA

Please respond both from Craigslist email, and from your email address, with mobile phone number, so I can email you directly and call to interview you, a 77 year old personal injury lawyer with no staff.

You are freelancing as an experienced personal injury paralegal, aware of contingency settlement proceeds. Please confirm you are intimately familiar with helping injured clients document claims. You need not be from Maryland, but personal injury firms anywhere.

YOUR FEES: paid from client proceeds at settlement: You work out with clients, perhaps starting at $500-$1000 flat fee, so may I cordially ask that you, as a freelancer, will help clients:

1. retrieve medical records and bills,

2. retrieve health insurance chronological statements of claims, and

3. retrieve work loss employment data.

Avoiding HIPAA paperwork, with my help, you will instead use 3-way calling AND "team viewer" with clients' to guide their own computers to medical records/bills portals.

For the last 20 years, medical records and bills are ELECTRONIC. Consequently, with our client authorizing by phone, you ask medical staff to click their mouse to EMAIL THE CHART AND BILL TO THEIR PATIENT (our client).

HOW? Clients are intimidated by medical staff. You will overcome obstacles, and you will enforce the law: "45 CFR § 164.524 provides individuals with a legal, enforceable right to receive upon request health records." Plus: MARYLAND "disclose medical records no more than 21 working days after request [PENALTY] A health care provider that refuses to disclose medical records in violation of Health-General Article § 4-309 (a)(d) is guilty of a misdemeanor, subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000 for the first offense and not exceeding $5,000 for each subsequent [offense]," or face challenge to their medical license: https://health.maryland.gov/crccp/Documents/complaint.pdf https://accounts.craigslist.org/login/home

EARN SUCCESS BONUSES FROM CLIENTS: Our clients need your guidance for AMA percentage disability, causation opinions, and to solve problems with no-fault paperwork and medical billing staffers to collect from health insurance. If this interests you, and you have good client skills, my clients will be willing, indeed thrilled, to assign your perhaps $500-1000 payment AND SUCCESS BONUSES AGREED TO from their settlement proceeds, which I will disburse from insurance settlement proceeds.
