Busy Consumer Bankruptcy Practice seeking an experienced & professional Consumer Bankruptcy Paralegal able to type and prepare Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Petitions and Plans. This candidate must be experienced and able to handle not only simple Chapter 7 Cases, but also sophisticated Chapter 13 Cases. The candidate for this position must possess knowledge of the Court’s CM/ECF Pacer filing system, be well versed in Best Case Bankruptcy Software and overall be able to navigate various software applications including Word, Adobe, Outlook, Law Pay, etc…. This candidate must possess good people skills and be able to work well with others on the team.
