Responsibilities:
As a Roof Repair Technician, you'll be at the forefront of our success, meeting individual and company goals monthly. You'll interact with homeowners, providing top-notch repair services for leaks and damages. Here's what we're looking for:
Tech-Savvy Skills: Proficient in English, with the ability to write estimates, collect payments, and complete company paperwork using modern tools like iPads and smartphones.
Hands-On Experience: Skilled in installing TPO, EPDM, PVC, Torchdown, Self Adhered SBS/MBS, Asphalt Shingles, Flashing chimneys, siding, bending metal, cutting mortar, and replacing shingles.
Safety First: Willing to obtain OSHA 10/30 certification, operate a break, use appropriate safety equipment, and climb ladders with ease.
Positive Attitude: A can-do spirit is a must! We value a positive mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
