Qualifications:
Do you Have: 2+ years paid house cleaning experience 3 professional and 3 personal references
Do you Speak English (conversational okay)
Do you Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies
Do you Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance(Insurance that protects you when entering clients home in case something gets damaged while cleaning)
Access to email or smartphone
Have a Bank account for weekly payment
If you already have clients, you tell us your availability, and we try to accommodate the cleanings around your schedule. We will be servicing Baltimore County & surrounding areas, and we look to send you cleaning jobs on a regular basis.
Full time or part time okay. We take care of advertising, phone estimates, customer service, scheduling and billing for the clients. You take care of only the cleaning and get 55% of each job, which equals $27-$35 per cleaning hour.
You're able to keep your already established clientele. We're just here to help you gain more business. Start Date: ASAP, interview and background screening takes a few days.
Maryland Pro Cleaning is not the employer of its registered cleaner; you would be accepting jobs as an independent house cleaner.

However, we are not able to immediately send you 40 hours’ worth of cleaning jobs right away. As you work with our company, you will begin to build on going client base.
