✅What We Need from Our Contractors:
- Perform property preservation tasks like lock changes, winterizations, and grass cuts
- Take clear before-during-after photos of your work for documentation
- Provide damage estimates for property repairs
- Stay alert for extra work opportunities while on-site
- Follow task instructions and meet deadlines consistently
✅What You’ll Need to Get Started:
- General tools & cleaning supplies
- Landscaping equipment
- Truck and trailer
- Generator, air compressor, & standalone gauge
- Stock up on HUD locks, lumber, tarps, RV antifreeze, etc.
✅A big plus if you have the Aspen Grove Number (ABC#)
