Description: Position Summary:
The Marina Dock Team member – will primarily perform service responsibilities including dockhand, cart driver, cleaner and office duties relating to after-hours check ins. The Marina Dockhand is flexible, willing to assist wherever needed, comfortable working the day or evening shifts outdoors and committed to delivering the highest level of customer service.
Essential Functions:
Functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Drive and maneuver electric dock cart safely and effectively.
Provide assistance to guests as needed when checking into slips in the Marina.
Ensure cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere of the docks, parking lots, and surrounding areas.
Collect and check cleanliness of dock carts when transporting them to proper locations.
Maintain a positive attitude always be willing to offer assistance wherever needed.
Go the extra mile and follow through to ensure guest satisfaction.
Other duties as assigned.
