We are is a leading provider of cleaning and maintenance services, dedicated to creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee our cleaning operations at a prestigious school campus.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Manager to lead and manage a team of 35 to 40 cleaning staff at a school campus. The Site Manager will ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the campus, creating a safe and pleasant environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily cleaning operations to ensure all areas of the campus are clean and well-maintained.

Supervise, train, and support a team of 35 to 40 cleaning staff.

Develop and implement cleaning schedules and ensure adherence to them.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.

Handle staff scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Order and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to cleaning services.

Coordinate with school administration to ensure cleaning activities do not interfere with school operations.

Provide training and development opportunities for cleaning staff.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.

Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and products.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Must be able to read and speak English.

Have your own dependable transportation.

Pass a background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening.

Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Additional certifications or training in cleaning management or facilities management is a plus.
