We are currently hiring for all kennel positions, and room for advancement is always available. Immediate hire available. Hiring for both shifts: 6:00am-1:00pm and 1:00pm-8:00pm. Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
Kennel attendants care for pets while their owners are working or traveling. Basic attendant duties include cleaning cages and dog runs, feeding and medicating, exercising, and playing with animals. Experienced attendants also may provide basic healthcare, bathe animals, and attend to other basic health needs. Duties include walking dogs, cleaning kennel suites, cleaning floors/drains, bathing and nail trims, play group supervision, and general overall caretaking of the dogs in our facility.
This job is physically demanding and does require you to be outside throughout the shift, rain or shine. Must be able to walk a lot during your 7 hour shift as you are on your feet walking dogs. Must have reliable transportation.
Starting salary: $17.00 per hour for kennel technicians. We are also looking for kennel managers with experience, salary based on experience and skill level for manager roles. Text or call Jes at number provided to set up an interview and see if you're a good fit for our team.
