Grass cutting foreman/operator

I'm looking for someone to work cutting lawns. I have 50 lawns weekly that I cut, and you will need to be able to handle that workload solo. These are majority small properties. I have injured my shoulder (full tear rotator cuff) and can not use my right arm to lift anything. You must have experience with proof of work history. If you have a drug problem or an alcohol problem, do not respond to this add. I have zero tolerance, and it will not take long to figure out if you have a problem. Please do not waste my time or yours. I am honest and fair. Pay will be discussed upon the interview.
