We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Driver and Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a crew of landscapers, driving company vehicles, and performing various landscaping task to ensure the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities: Lead a crew, operate and maintain equipment, drive company vehicles, maintain a clean driving record, communicate effectively, adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. Qualifications: Previous experience, valid Maryland driver's license, experience operating landscaping equipment, excellent communication, leadership skills, work independently and as part of a team.
