Full Job Description:
Apro Enterprises, Inc. is specialized demolition construction services. Currently, we perform work in federal, industrial, commercial buildings, institutional, transportation, and healthcare facilities throughout MD, DC, VA, DE. We provide a wide range of services that include interior/exterior demolition, asbestos abatement, lead-based paint treatment, mold remediation, water & fire damage restoration, core drilling, concrete cutting, and a variety of other flooring and surface preparation services.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be a US citizen
Must have reliable transportation with a valid drivers license
Able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
Able to work a 8-hour shift on your feet
Able to work in extreme heat and cold temperatures indoors & outdoors
Able to work out of town in MD, DC, and VA, as required
Must be flexible with your schedule
Must agree to abide by and participate in all PCS Safety programs and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Experience:
0-5 years of experience
Operating Heavy Machinery and equipment such as Skid Steers, Excavators, and Boom lifts is a plus
OSHA Certifications (10-30-40), H-VAC, Asbestos is a plus but not compulsory
Supervisory Experience is a plus but not compulsory
