Responsible for performing a range of manual labor duties including, but not limited to: lifting and moving materials, loading and unloading products and machinery from vehicles, excavating and refilling holes and routine grounds maintenance tasks. Individual will assist crew chief with production and provide assistance in an overall team effort.
The work environment may often include inclement weather, working in confined spaces, and working with various types of equipment.
Individual must have a valid and clean driving record, be able to pass a drug screening test to obtain necessary government clearances, understand basic measurements in feet and inches, ability to stand or long periods of time, able to operate a variety of simple and complex construction tools and machinery, ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
The individual MUST be able to listen and comprehend oral and written instructions accurately, to learn the company's products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques and equipment use.
