We are seeking Cleaners to join our team! You will be responsible for providing a world class experience when dealing with our clients everytime. Training is provided and you must be able to pass a background check. We are a upcoming cleaning service family owned and women operated. We are servicing the DC, Maryland and Virginia area. We are currently building up our team of Cleaning Professionals so understand that pay is per job at this time. Compensation is currently day pay at $30-$120 plus your tips. Day pay is based on how many jobs you can take in a day.
With already secured leads we are projecting to be able to provide our first group of cleaners, who remain employed with us for a year, with double their pay For those who prove to possess the skills necessary, there is room for promotion to manager as we expand. Responsibilities:
Keep homes and buildings in clean and orderly condition
Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and deep cleans
Perform routine maintenance tasks
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning(not necessary but a plus), maintenance, or other related fields
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Must Drive with reliable transportation
Must Be 18
