We are local and family owned, with a small team providing carpet and upholstery cleaning services in Baltimore County, Howard County, and Anne Arundel County.

Available position: Carpet Cleaning Technician
MUST RESIDE IN HALETHORPE, ARBUTUS, LANSDOWNE, ELKRIDGE, LINTHICUM, CATONSVILLE OR - be willing to drive to halethorpe each morning
-No reporting to office- go home after jobs are complete
-easy work, equipment is easy to use and light, easy hours
-MUST speak English
-MUST be able to small talk with customers in their home and be EXTREMELY nice to all customers
-MUST be able to educate customers about the cleanings after training
$100-$120 per day
-most days only 6 hours or less but STILL PAID FOR FULL DAY

Responsibilities
1) Clean and maintain carpets and upholstery using appropriate techniques and equipment.
2) Assess fabric types and conditions to determine the best cleaning methods.
3) Apply cleaning solutions and equipment to remove stains and dirt effectively.
4) Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests.
5) Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
6) Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
