Position: Assembler/Wiring
Location: Finksburg, MD
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
What You’ll Do:
As an Assembler/Wiring Technician, you'll play a crucial role in the assembly and wiring of HVAC systems. This hands-on role offers on-the-job training for individuals with mechanical aptitude, and provides growth opportunities across different areas of manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and wire HVAC systems according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively.
Ensure quality and precision in your work while meeting production goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to safety protocols and work instructions.
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
Mechanical inclination and an eagerness to learn.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
Reliable, punctual, and motivated to work.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Preferred (but not required):
Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly.
Familiarity with wiring, electrical work, or HVAC systems.
Comfortable using hand and power tools.
Basic problem-solving skills.
