Job Responsibilities with New Castle Constructs:

Scheduling: Coordinate project timelines, manage crew schedules, and ensure smooth operations.

Order Management: Place orders with suppliers and follow up to confirm delivery.

Customer Care: Call customers to confirm installation dates and provide top-notch service.

Communication: Work with our subcontracting crews, including Spanish-speaking teams, to keep projects moving.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Comfortable making phone calls and managing multiple tasks.

Spanish speaking is a big plus to communicate with our subcontracting crews.

Experience in construction, customer service, or scheduling is a bonus but not required.

Reliable, professional, and ready to grow with us.

Details:

Pay: $20/hour, part-time.

Hours: Flexible part-time schedule with potential for increased hours in the future.

Location: Baltimore area (some remote work possible, but in-person preferred).
