Assisted Living Facility has openings for Nurse Case Managers temp to perm Glen Burnie, MD . Responsible for developing health plans, coordinating medical services and ensuring compliance wit all relevant regulations. Must have 2-3 years of nursing experience. Case Management experience preferred. Resolve problems and conflicts. Demonstrates sound judgement when making decisions. Understand problematic or hazardous situations and acts within reason. Good communication with clients and staff. Active RN or BSN license in the state of Maryland. Hybrid role. Remote after training with visits to homes required occasionally. Pay $40-$43.
