Our dental practice in Roland Park is looking for a professional, efficient, and skilled hygienist for a full-time or part-time position. New graduates are encouraged to apply! We are a family owned, non-corporate office.
Our hours are Monday – Thursday 7:00AM-4:00PM (breaking for lunch at 11:00AM).
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
Valid and active hygiene license to practice in the State of Maryland (Required)
One year experience working in a private general dental practice preferred but new graduates with no experience will be strongly considered
Proficiency in SoftDent
Able to take accurate digital x-rays (i.e. FMX, Panorex, BWs, and Pas)
Efficiently breakdown and set up down dental chair
Clean, sharpen, maintain, and sterilize hygiene instruments
Keep track and organize hygiene supplies
Willing to help around the office during time without patients
Our hygiene schedule runs 60-40 minutes for adults, 30 minutes for children under 15 years old
All qualified applicants will be contacted and all inquiries will be confidential. Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and additional certifications (i.e. local anesthesia and/or nitrous oxide). Retirement plan, PTO, uniform allowance, and bonuses available for full-time employees. A working interview is required for all candidates, and potential full-time candidate must undergo a 90-day probation period.
