We are a busy restaurant & catering company with a quick service model, as well as a full service catering company. We are in the process of expanding and renovating the restaurant. We are family owned and operated - open Monday thru Friday from 7am-4pm and Saturday for Brunch from 8am-3pm. We have a strong team of driven individuals that we are looking to grow.
SEEKING:
EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF - Full Time (minimum 3 years experience - flexible schedule a must)
CATERING CHEF - Full Time rotating days, nights and weekend based on event calendar
LINE COOKS - Full Time (minimum 1-3 years restaurant experience) full schedule availability but typically daytime (2 days a week off)
PREP COOKS - Full/Part Time, previous experience preferred
RESTAURANT MANAGER - Hospitality driven individual, strong people skills, enjoys working with and building a team to exceed guest expectations. Enjoys training, leading by example and working with multiple departments to increase communication and productivity. Enjoys analyzing costs and increasing efficiency.
FRONT OF HOUSE - Customer service oriented - ability to engage customers, work in a fast paced environment and deliver gracious hospitality.
BARISTA - trained on espresso and milk chemistry - ability to build well crafted coffees in a fast paced environment with strong customer service skills. Must be able to dial in espresso and will be asked to make an espresso drink on interview.
CATERING DIRECTOR - previous experience is a must. Detail orientated, organized, enjoys food works well independently and is a self-starter.
Ideal Candidates:
Have knowledge of food and/or coffee and are eager to learn about new ingredients and methods
Have experience on multiple stations of a restaurant or cafe service
Are able to lift, bend, reach and move quickly
Are willing and able to learn and grow
Support their team members and management
Are able to communicate well and in a kind and efficient way
Are able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours
