Server with fine dining or upscale casual experience needed. Strong knowledge of Italian wine & food is required. A strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits & amari is also preferred. Weekend availability is required. Ideal candidate will have the ability to guide our guests dining experience, providing knowledgeable recommendations on food & wine and what pairs well.
