Job Description: Employee must have the ability to: lead a kitchen team of three personnel; bake NY-style pizza in a brick oven; hand toss pizza dough; make subs and paninis to spec.; manage orders; communicate clearly and effectively; think on their feet; conduct product inventory; prepare food items up to standards; maintain a sanitary food preparation environment; address customer complaints patiently and respectfully; have attention to detail.
Approximately 25-40 hours per week
Required Experience and Skills (years): pizza maker (5), food preparation (4), excellent customer service skills
Preferred Experience: line cook (5), food service (5), manager/supervisor (2), military Veteran (4). ServSafe Food Service Manager certified
Job Types: Part-time / Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour based on skill and experience
