We are looking for a Key Holder/Front of supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a background in Asian cuisine, experience managing a small team, have a strong business mindset, be a solid communicator and be comfortable taking initiative and solving problems. We are looking for someone who loves food, can rise to a challenge, work hard, enjoy making money and work well with a team. Less experienced candidates with the right attitude and drive are welcome.
Role:
opening/closing
quality control for service, food and drinks
taking care of guests, conflict and problem resolution
staff oversight, ensuring adherence to company policies
coordinating with GM/owner on operations, creative collaborations, events
Expectations:
At least 2 years of management experience and 5 years experience in fast paced, high volume restaurants
Familiarity with POS (Toast, Resy etc) and reservation operation and optimization
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to occasionally lift 25 lbs. or more
weekdays & weekend availability, AM&PM shifts
Provide excellent hospitality to guests
Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work with a team
