Line Cook must have:
Minimum 4 years experience in a fast paced kitchen
Knife skills
Grill expertise
Knowledge of proper sanitation
Consistency in recipe execution
We have an open kitchen with guest interaction, so a smile goes a long way. Must have flexible availability including Sunday brunch. Lots of opportunities to learn and advance.
