Proven experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment
A warm, professional, and attentive approach to guest service
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining an upbeat, positive energy
For Server Lead: prior leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to mentor and support the front-of-house team
What You’ll Do:
Provide thoughtful, elevated service that makes every guest feel welcome
Deliver menu knowledge with confidence and enthusiasm
Support smooth operations with attention to detail and efficiency
Collaborate closely with team members and managers to uphold Golden West standards
For Server Lead: guide the service team, ensure floor flow, and set the tone for excellence
