Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
We are seeking experienced Servers and Server Leads to join our dining team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for exceptional service and a proven track record in more elevated dining. In these roles, you will train, mentor, and ensure high quality service that reflects our restaurant culture
For Servers:
Provide a warm, anticipatory guest experience, offering tailored recommendations and ensuring delightful service.
Master the menu, including preparation techniques and beverage pairings, to enhance guest experiences.
Handle guest allergies and special requests with care and precision.
Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth service and ensure timely execution.
Participate in ongoing training to deepen your knowledge of dining and hospitality.
For Server Leads:
Mentor and train new staff on service standards, restaurant protocols, and menu knowledge.
Oversee the floor, ensuring service is executed with ease and guest concerns are addressed professionally.
Support pacing, timing, and communication between the kitchen and front-of-house team.
Assist with opening/closing side work, inventory control, and staff performance.
Qualifications:
Servers: 2+ years in a busy dining room.
Server Leads: 2+ years of experience, with previous leadership or training experience preferred.
Strong understanding of elevated dining etiquette, wine service, and POS systems.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
