Assist the Head Chef in developing and executing seasonal menus.

Contribute to ingredient sourcing to maintain our commitment to seasonal and locally-sourced produce.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Contribute to inventory management and cost control.
