Looking for a LEAD to work in our front of house taco / coffee window. Our cafe is located on the popular Hamden strip in Baltimore. The neighorhood is fun and lively with lots of shopping and activities.
Responsibilities include
Provide a consistanly high standard of guest service and engage with customers in a warm and helpful manner.
Making sure all food and drink is handled safely and in compliance with industry standards
Maintaining Coffee equipment and expiditing timely service
Creating and executing cleaning schedules and staff training
Looking for someone with availability to work full-time with availability mornings. We value people who can work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.
