The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for ensuring memorable dining experiences for members and guests at all times.
Designing and managing reservations and floor plans Direct engaging pre-shift meetings with service staff, ensure staff is familiar with daily menus and specials, relay information and policy changes
Guide and assist the service team with set up, execution and breakdown of a la carte dining as well as private events Elevating the member experience by actively listening and engaging with the members, looking for moments to personalize service
Requirements Associate or Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Hospitality Management preferred A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry Nights, Weekend and Holidays required. This position is 40-55 hours per week.
