We are seeking culinary professionals with at least 5 years of experience in one or more of the following environments:
Catering kitchens
Casual dining restaurants
Upscale dining establishments
High-volume service operations
If you've worked in high-pressure, quality-driven kitchens where timing, consistency, and teamwork are required
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience on the line and/or grill
Proven ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining quality standards
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices (ServSafe certified a plus)
Ability to follow recipes, prep lists, and station organization with attention to detail
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Team-first mindset with excellent communication skills
