Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.
Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
Ability to operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with precision.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Must have references from reputable coffee shops (such as Starbucks or Dunkin').
Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to customer preferences.
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of beverages by following established recipes and standards.
Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders accurately and processing transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area, including equipment, counters, and storage areas.
Assist with stocking and inventory management, including monitoring supplies and ordering as needed.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
