Assistant Catering Chef: Seeking motivated self-starter to join a high-end catering team. Experience managing an off-premise kitchen in various settings (tents, in-home, fixed kitchens, offices). Experience executing prep to spec and standards set forth by Executive Catering Chef and experienced team members. Experience in organizing and inventory of food. Interested candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
