Our multi-faceted approach to solving our clients' biggest problems incorporates a suite of technology tools and accelerators, frameworks, and team members with broad backgrounds and experience to bring results to our client.The Shared Lab Services (SLS) Division has been tasked with providing centralized IT hosting capabilities to improve the quality of Non-Production IT testing and services for the client. The foundation of SLS is its accredited, on-premises and cloud, Non-Production Environments (NPEs) to support customer needs. This shift in mission was one of the first changes associated with a broader transformation of DT. SLS leadership depends on the Deloitte support team to navigate the change as they become the Shared Lab Services (SLS) division during a time of transformation.Position Responsibilities:This role is responsible for supporting a successful mission transition for SLS. This role plays a crucial role in shaping the future roadmap, goals, and business plan for the division. The analyst will also help the division's leadership to navigate the business, capitalize on opportunities, and achieve sustainable growth of the division's customer base and impact within DT. Activities include vision and goal setting, developing an innovation strategy, strategic planning, risk management, internal communications, fostering external partnerships and customer relationships on behalf of the division, and performance and progress monitoring for the division.Skills:
