This position will ensure full and timely compliance with all requirements therein. This work will be carried out through the writing of federal grant reports for ORR, administering and disseminating the PC-Intensive Case Management (PC-ICM), PC-Gap Services for Ukrainian Humanitarian Parolees (UHP), and Afghan Humanitarian Parolees (AHP) programs. This also includes community engagement materials and the professional provision of training and technical assistance (both in-person and web-based). This individual will lead the reporting process for all PC programs. The Senior Program Officer will work closely with team members to ensure data and outcomes are used to inform programmatic decisions. This position will share supervision of the full PC team with another Senior Program Officer, providing oversight of all aspects of the PC activities, including outreach, and community engagement. Provide strategic direction to the PC team in tandem with the other Senior Program Officer (SPO) for the PC
Support the implementation of all PC programs within the Global Refuge network.
Oversee the maintenance of extendedReach (eR) and other data management systems in accordance with ORR's reporting requirements.
Collaborate closely with the SPO for Data to report all PC outcomes monthly and semi-annually as required by ORR.
Use data to inform programmatic decisions in collaboration with the Preferred Communities team
Oversee budgets and track affiliates and HQ program spending.
Oversee community engagement and outreach initiatives and support to the Global Refuge network. Lead the resource-building initiative to expand PC external partners and referral network.
Lead the contract and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) process, including contract amendments as necessary, in conjunction with Global Refuge's program administration team.
Provide expert technical assistance and guidance related to affiliate real-time service provision challenges, community engagement, and client inquiries as it relate to all PC-funded programs.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete ORR compliance requirements around State Refugee Coordinator Consultations, Accountability to Affected Persons, community engagement, and establishing network-wide standards.
Support the proposal writing process to secure funding for the program.
Represent Global Refuge during meetings and convenings with external stakeholders
Maintain strong partnerships with the Global Refuge network staff and directors
