As an Allied Universal Security Compliance Officer, your daily duties are to include the overall of backing and enforcing Maryland Aviation Administration’s (MAA) daily rules and regulations; not to limit our direct daily duties. Compliance Officers work closely with MAA Security, TSA, Maryland Transportation Authority Police, as well as the Badging Office to enforce rules and regulations; Security Sensitive Information (SSI), will also be handled frequently throughout your shift on a daily basis.Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Excellent organizational skills
The ability to perform basic tasks on the computer. This may include navigating a browser, operating software systems, and completing any other tasks that make it possible to do your job.
Ability to speak and communicate effectively in a group and/or individual setting
Daily Portal checks leading to all secured areas ensuring all locks are functioning
Pier walks to ensure all safety guidelines are in order
Walking for the entire shift
Ensuring that all employees are implementing all airport security procedures
Ability to conduct audits
Ability to conduct door/portal inspections
Outside perimeter and ramp checks
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
