Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Sr. Administrative Assistant to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks related to social services in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be proficient in various management systems and Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. This is a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Maintain and manage administrative coordination in an organized and efficient manner. Utilize Microsoft Office Suites to create reports, presentations, and spreadsheets. Ensure all administrative tasks are done in accordance to the company's established procedures. Interact with clients and handle their inquiries in a professional manner. Utilize management systems to track, manage, and report on administrative tasks. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Manage data entry tasks to ensure all records are up to date and accurate. Use your skills in Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create relevant reports. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and deadlines. Provide support to the team in the preparation of correspondence and documents. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word Experience with Management System and About Time software Strong skills in Data Entry and Correspondence Proven experience in providing excellent Customer Service Familiarity with handling C-Suite level administrative tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work High level of organizational skills and attention to detail Proactive problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent education level required; bachelor's degree preferred.
