Description: Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of multiple areas within the facility. Performs miscellaneous grounds work to include mowing grassy areas, weeding, snow removal and saltingof walkways. Monitor parking lot and grassy area for trash and other debris. Provide emergency cleanup for spills utilizing universal precaution to prevent infection and contamination. On-call when short staffed due to vacation or emergency leave of other maintenance or housekeepingMultiple indoor/outdoor environments with a variety of lighting and temperature conditions.
