Patient Registration

Description We are in the process of recruiting a Patient Registration specialist to join our team. The role is based in Baltimore, Maryland and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of patient registration, customer service, and using the EMR system.Responsibilities: Handle patient registration processes efficiently Attend to customer inquiries and provide comprehensive solutions Ensure accurate patient records are maintained in the system Monitor patient accounts and take necessary actions Utilize MEDITECH system for patient registration and other related tasks Participate in necessary health screenings and background checks Contribute to patient entry operations effectively.Requirements Must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting Proficiency in Patient Registration is essential Strong Customer Service skills are required Experience with MEDITECH software is a must Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality Detail-oriented approach to work, with a focus on accuracy and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Comfortable with technology and ability to learn new software quickly Available to work weekends and holidays.TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
