Together, we can accomplish amazing things.Job Summary:Complete software installation, updates, and upkeep Creation and maintain the documentation for both internal and end user consumption Provide training and knowledge sharing within the department Research and recommend new functionality to enhance the end user experience Monitor different environments for issues Implement changes to improve the environment, security posture, and user experience Maintains and supports the integrity of the machines in the environment Develop and perform unit testing of software deployments and packages 3+ years supporting hardware repairs 3+ years supporting Microsoft Windows and Mac OS 2+ Years supporting JAMF and Intune 3+ Years supporting Active Directory 2+ Years PowerShell or other batch scripting Problem solving skills with an extreme attention to detail Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information to a variety of stakeholders Maintain effective working relationships Working independently and demonstrating initiative. Review system performance Perform system modifications, fixes, and upgrades Perform system vulnerability assessments and conduct trade-off studies to recommend methods on countering threats to systems (?)
